What an HonestBadge means.
HonestBadges certifies a review trust process. It does not claim every review is real, certify a Google rating, or promise permanent eligibility.
HonestBadge Verified means the restaurant passed review trust standards and is actively monitored.
HonestBadge Transparent means the restaurant is monitored, while past reviews are not certified.
Payment does not buy approval.
Google ratings are not certified by HonestBadges.
Raw reviews and reviewer identities are not shown publicly.
Restaurants must follow neutral review-request rules.
Badges can be paused or removed if standards are not maintained.
